Ed Bezilla
Owner

My wife Karen and I enjoy playing golf together, it is our favorite activity right next to traveling to interesting places. We love visiting our son Shaun's family, and watching our granddaughters grow and prosper in their activities. Visiting our daughter Stephanie in the always-sunny southwest is a special time too.

Creating and building Visual Entities from the ground up has been a great challenge and a very satisfying accomplishment. The satisfaction can easily be explained by the fact that I've impacted so many lives and the futures of people inside and outside of the company.

I believe the credit for our success first should be given to a loving creator that provides us with inspiration, and the ability to succeed. Secondly none of the effort of our very talented employees would be worth anything without our customers. We hope they know how important and appreciated they are to Visual Entities.

Randy Hamstra
Operations Manager

Before coming to Visual Entities I had over 30 years experience in the Graphic Arts industry. My background ranges from Press Operator to Industry Consultant. Now as Operations Manager I work to strengthen organization and data control in our system.

My wife Joan and I have been married for 34 years and love sailing on Lake Michigan. I have been blest with two grown daughters, Katie and Emily. Katie and her husband Matt live in Minneapolis where Katie is a Teacher. Emily is a Librarian at the University of Michigan Undergraduate Library. Joan works in Audiology and Medical Records for Spectrum Hospital.

Jeff Sneider
Production Manager

In my 12 years with Visual Entities I have really enjoyed watching the company grow. As the production manager at Visual Entities I have found a professional home that challenges me everyday. I love working together as a team to come up with solutions for providing our clients the best possible product to fit their needs.

When I am not at work I am having fun playing with and coaching my 2 children Sam and Maggie. It is so much fun to watch them grow and be involved. In the summers my wife Heather and I enjoy taking the kids camping, and tubing on our boat.

Keith Murray
East Michigan Project Manager

I joined Visual Entities in January 2011 to help expand and support Visual Entities increasing presence in SE Michigan. I have been a project manager in the sign industry since 1995 and very excited to be a part of the Visual Entities team. I have had vast experience around the country dealing with every type of project including utilizing the use of a helicopter. I have always enjoyed developing new relationships and helping provide solutions for our clients needs. Visual Entities is a growing company and has a vision for the future growth of the company, something I've always wanted to be involved with. I'm excited to be part of their SE Michigan team, expanding their presence in the area and keeping things home in Michigan.

When I am not at work, I like to cook, a passion I've fostered for years coming from a family of cooks and a mother who owned her own restaurant. I like working out, running in road races, like to paint and love woodworking when I have the time and enjoy watching and participating in most sports. The remaining time goes to staying in touch and visiting family in Rhode Island.

Denise Beimers
Production/ Installation

At Visual Entities I enjoy performing many tasks; painting, installation, sign assembly, screen-printing, and building maintenance. If "Jack-of-all-Trades" were a formal title, I would proudly accept it. Quality Control and on time completion dates are a primary focus of mine while executing these tasks. I feel these are important aspects of the production process and consistently look for ways to improve them.

Outside of work I keep busy restoring my 110-year-old Victorian home in downtown (the hood) G.R.. Time permitting, I like to play vollyball, golf, ski, bike, fish, and camp.

Scott Tiedgen
Designer

At Visual Entities I enjoy working with people who care as much as I do about building relationships with our clients. I work to push the boundaries of form and function in our industry while developing a solid understanding of our clients needs. Our most dynamic designs have come from blending these two philosophies while designing in direct contact with the client. This process I find to be most rewarding as I am able to meet and work with many different people.

Outside of work I spend most of my time with my lovely wife Kelly and two amazing children Macey and Jackson. They are my source of inspiration and truly my biggest blessing! I enjoy coaching all the sports my children take interest in, playing with them and sometimes (to my patient wife's dismay) acting as one of them. Most of all I am thankful for a loving creator, to whom I owe all the wonderful blessings in my life.

Andy Reed
Production

While working in production, I'm able to see pieces that I know others will view on a daily basis. This gives me a sense of accomplishment to know I'm creating things that will be viewed on a daily basis, which also drives me towards perfection.

While not at work, I enjoy playing video games and spending as much time with my Wife and two pets.

Judy Goodman
Project Manager

I joined Visual Entities in 1998 after 7 years of being a full-time mom I was excited to rejoin the working world. As a Project Manager I enjoy the ability to develop a partnership with our clients; listening to their needs and providing solutions for their environment that will serve them into the future.

Before coming to Visual Entities and Michigan I taught Preschool Special Education. I grew-up in New Jersey and traveled through Pennsylvania, Virginia and Tennessee to arrive in Michigan in 1994. It is the 2nd prettiest state I've lived in and plan on hanging around.

Megan Beltman
Shipping Recieving

I came to Visual Entities after graduating from Zeeland High School and my skills were utilized in many facets of work, from fabricating and assembly of signs to shipping and installation! More recently, I have accepted the responsibilities of office assistant and I am in charge of our shipping and receiving department.

Recently, I graduated from Concordia University of Ann Arbor as a Certified Family Life Educator through the National Council of Family Relations. In my free time I love reading books, capturing and editing photos, cruising in my 1966 Ford F-100 Pickup, and helping out at the church where I was the Children's Ministry Intern at last summer. Nothing makes me happier than teaching kids and helping others.

Brian Brown
Production

My focus here at Visual Entities is to interpret and understand the customers' needs for visual signage, graphics, retail, industry or otherwise. Most importantly, having a project transition from conception to a finished product with quality in mind.

When I'm not at work I like to ride motorcycles, fishing, boating, camping and the occasional home improvement project.

Connie Timmer
Accounting

I began my adventure with Visual Entities, Inc. in 1998 after 20 years experience in accounting and finance. It has been amazing to watch the growth in our company over the years. While I am not in the office on a full-time basis, I have made many enriching friendships within the company.

I have been married to my husband for 33 years and there is rarely a dull moment. We have two grown children and a new grandchild. We enjoy traveling around the globe, as well as camping here in Michigan and enjoying our cottage. I love to bike, kayak, practice yoga, read, try new restaurants and recipes, and am active in my church and a Bible study leader. I also do income taxes for family and friends from my home.

Nancy Benson
Project Manager

When I joined Visual Entities my experience with sales, customer service, management, and organizational skills were challenged with new opportunities. I was excited to learn about an industry I had no prior knowledge of! I have an entirely new outlook with respect to signage and continue to notice aspects of signs in ways I had never imagined! One of the many reasons I enjoy my position includes building trusted and long lasting relationships with our customers through listening to their needs and providing solutions that exceed their expectations.

When I am not at work, I actively participate with ministries of my church…including the environment committee (flowers & décor) and the community youth mentoring program we initiated in the fall of 2004. I love to spend time with my family and friends. I look forward to vacations in and outside of Michigan and hope to vacation in every state…only 22 to go!

EJ Faasen
Production Graphics

Here at Visual Entities I was promoted from a vinyl cutter, and am now designing and creating layouts for various projects. I work alone and also with the other designer Scott to create eye pleasing sign concepts.

Outside of work I am either at school (studying character design for video games) or spending time with my friends and family. Im a kid a heart and play video games on a daily basis. I'm the joker of my group of friends and love making people laugh, smile, and have a good time.

Dale Needham
Production/ Installation

Visual Entities has allowed me to use my experience and my creativeness when fabricating and installing. Its nice to work for a company that has a close family feel to it.

When I am not at work my family is my main focus, my Wife and I try to teach our children family values. I also enjoy riding my Harley, watching sports on TV, playing softball with some friends on a league.
