Ed Bezilla
Owner

My wife Karen and I enjoy playing golf together, it is our favorite activity right next to traveling to interesting places. We love visiting our son Shaun's family, and watching our granddaughters grow and prosper in their activities. Visiting our daughter Stephanie in the always-sunny southwest is a special time too.

Creating and building Visual Entities from the ground up has been a great challenge and a very satisfying accomplishment. The satisfaction can easily be explained by the fact that I've impacted so many lives and the futures of people inside and outside of the company.

I believe the credit for our success first should be given to a loving creator that provides us with inspiration, and the ability to succeed. Secondly none of the effort of our very talented employees would be worth anything without our customers. We hope they know how important and appreciated they are to Visual Entities.

Jeff Sneider
Production Manager

In my 12 years with Visual Entities I have really enjoyed watching the company grow. As the production manager at Visual Entities I have found a professional home that challenges me everyday. I love working together as a team to come up with solutions for providing our clients the best possible product to fit their needs.

When I am not at work I am having fun playing with and coaching my 2 children Sam and Maggie. It is so much fun to watch them grow and be involved. In the summers my wife Heather and I enjoy taking the kids camping, and tubing on our boat.

Sunny Hunt
Project Manager

After working 10 years with the world's largest maker of construction equipment, I completed my degree in Sales & Marketing, with minors in Business Mgmt. and Computer Apps.

I came to a young Visual Entities to make a difference and to help build a successful company with the reputation of exceptional customer satisfaction I'd studied and experienced.

As Senior Project Manager, going on 17 years, I enjoy working at my "home away from home", and value the client based relationships that I‘ve cultivated through the years. I believe in the old adage that our customers are our best form of advertising.

When I'm not at work, I listen to my extensive vinyl album collection (from my days on the radio), I love to go to concerts (I was also a band geek in school), and I enjoy watching every sporting event possible. In addition, I prefer reading books while sitting on the dock with my feet in the water, or just jotting down notes for yet another chapter in my own book.

Denise Beimers
Production/ Installation

At Visual Entities I enjoy performing many tasks; painting, installation, sign assembly, screenprinting, and building maintenance. If "Jack-of-all-Trades" were a formal title, I would proudly accept it. Quality Control and on time completion dates are a primary focus of mine while executing these tasks. I feel these are important aspects of the production process and consistently look for ways to improve them.

Outside of work I keep busy restoring my 110-year-old Victorian home in downtown (the hood) G.R.. Time permitting, I like to play vollyball, golf, ski, bike, fish, and camp.

Scott Tiedgen
Designer

At Visual Entities I enjoy working with people who care as much as I do about building relationships with our clients. My job is to push the bounderies of form and function in our industry through design, but it is just as important to develop a solid understanding of our clients needs. The best way to do that is by fostering a friendly working relationship.

Outside of work I spend most of my time with my lovely wife and two amazing children Macey and Jackson. The rest of my time goes to church, extended family and friends. I love to play sports (all of them), play with my kids and generally act half my age. Life is more fun that way.

Cathy Pierce
Shipping/ Receiving

At Visual Entities I am able to apply my skills in a very unique environment where the focus is on the special needs of the client. Although I am primarily responsible for shipping and receiving, I also get involved with proofreading and quality control. I take special pride in carefully inspecting and packaging each order for shipment.

I have a wonderful husband, and two grown children. I am very involved in my church, but I also enjoy traveling and exploring the out-of-doors. My hobbies include word games, hiking, kayaking and geocaching.

Judy Goodman
Project Manager

I joined Visual Entities in 1998 after 7 years of being a full-time mom I was excited to rejoin the working world. As a Project Manager I enjoy the ability to develop a partnership with our clients; listening to their needs and providing solutions for their environment that will serve them into the future.

Before coming to Visual Entities and Michigan I taught Preschool Special Education. I grew-up in New Jersey and traveled through Pennsylvania, Virginia and Tennessee to arrive in Michigan in 1994. It is the 2nd prettiest state I’ve lived in and plan on hanging around.

I came to work for Visual Entities December, 2004, and found it to have a vibrant working atmosphere and to be blessed with exceptional leadership. I also met people that are innovative like me, and I am glad to work with them. Our ambition is to meet the expectations of our clients ensuring that all products we provide are second to none.

My responsibility is do extraordinary screen printing which will always keep Visual Entities at the top.

I love telling stories about Africa to my younger kids, especially Liberia where seven of my eight kids (four boys and four girls) were born. I like going to church, I spend some of my free time on photography and video editing. I am proud to be an American.

Brian Brown
Production

My focus here at Visual Entities is to interpret and understand the customers’ needs for visual signage, graphics, retail, industry or otherwise. Most importantly, having a project transition from conception to a finished product with quality in mind.

When I'm not at work I like to ride motorcycles, fishing, boating, camping and the occasional home improvement project.

Connie Timmer
Accounting

I began my adventure with Visual Entities, Inc. in 1998 after 20 years experience in accounting and finance. It has been amazing to watch the growth in our company over the years. While I am not in the office on a full-time basis, I have made many enriching friendships within the company.

I have been married to my husband for 33 years and there is rarely a dull moment. We have two grown children and a new grandchild. We enjoy traveling around the globe, as well as camping here in Michigan and enjoying our cottage. I love to bike, kayak, practice yoga, read, try new restaurants and recipes, and am active in my church and a Bible study leader. I also do income taxes for family and friends from my home.

Nancy Benson
Project Manager

When I joined Visual Entities my experience with sales, customer service, management, and organizational skills were challenged with new opportunities. I was excited to learn about an industry I had no prior knowledge of. I have an entirely new outlook with respect to signage and continue to notice aspects of signs in ways I had never imagined! As our company continues to grow, my role has evolved to include project management. One of the many reasons I enjoy my position includes building trusted and long lasting relationships with our customers through listening to their needs and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. I suppose you might say that I am continuing to utilize the experience I brought to Visual Entities in 2003, but in a broadened capacity.

When I am not at work, I actively participate with ministries of my church... including the environment committee (flowers & décor) and the community youth mentoring program we initiated in the fall of 2004. I love to spend time with my family and friends. I look forward to vacations in and outside of Michigan and hope to vacation in every state... only 23 to go!

EJ Faasen
Production

Here at Visual Entities its nice to feel like part of another family. My job is to aid in the production process by cutting various types of materials that apply to signs. Normally I work by myself, but enjoy working on a project in a small group.

Outside of work I am either at school (studying character design for video games) or spending time with my friends and family. Majority of it is spent with my awesome fiancé, Faith. Im a kid a heart and play video games on a daily basis. I'm the joker of my group of friends and love making people laugh, smile, and have a good time.

Dale Needham
Production/ Installation

Visual Entities has allowed me to use my experience and my creativeness when fabricating and installing. Its nice to work for a company that has a close family feel to it.

When I am not at work my family is my main focus, my Wife and I try to teach our children family values. I also enjoy riding my Harley, watching sports on TV, playing softball with some friends on a league.
