The goal of the St. Joseph Mercy Health system is to deliver remarkable medicine and care as well as innovative treatment. They chose Visual Entities to reflect these values through interior wayfinding and signage systems that would be equally as remarkable, innovative, and helpful for both their patients and employees.

Within the St. Joseph system there are a variety of practices that have their own individualized focus and internal communication needs, so the Visual Entities design team needed to provide specialized communication and wayfinding solutions that were highly specific and unique to each facility. Visual Entities custom designed marker and message boards, an ID wall, elevator lobby lettering, acuity signage, and more that perfectly suited each individual purpose, and worked alongside the hospital’s interior design team to match colors and materials for a consistent look, feel, and message across the St. Joseph system.
